Supervised socialization, conditioning exercises, and drive/instinct building are essential to raising a highly social, well balanced, and temperamentally sound adult dog. In fact, puppy education is so important that even a genetically "average" puppy can be built into a remarkable working dog upon social maturity. Puppy education can also help prevent unwanted behavior and lay the foundation for future obedience training.

Our Puppy Education has four goals . . . .

  1. To get your puppy house trained
  2. To teach your puppy the 'Standing Rules' (keep off the sofa, don't pull down the curtains, no jumping, don't play so rough, etc.)
  3. To establish you as the leader of your dog and have your leadership based on respect, not fear.
  4. To establish a good recall. Coming to you immediately when called is critical to you and your dog's safety throughout it's life.
